Anthony Hicks is a former newspaper reporter and public relations practitioner. His fiction and poetry have appeared in Memphis Magazine, Arkansas Review, and The Amistad. He is the author of the poetry collection Voices in the Light. He has a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Arkansas State University and an MA in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware. He is currently working on an MFA in Writing at Lindenwood University.
