NEW MERCH,
SERVED FRESH
In celebration of the bright and beautiful cover of our Spring Food Issue, our persimmon ‘Not A Tomato’ cap and green bean mug pair perfectly with an issue that explores what may look—and taste—simple but never is.

Dave Marsh writes for a number of publications— Village Voice, Playboy, Rolling Stone, TV Guide— and says his ties to the South are “those of the heart, mostly.” He has interviewed a lot of rock
stars and says the traits they share include “large egos, bipedalism, a lack of shyness—only the bipedalism surprised me.” When asked whether Black Oak Arkansas should rest on their laurels rather than release a new album, Mr. Marsh responded, “Laurels? They don’t need laurels, they need hemp.”
