David Kunian's writing has appeared in the Oxford American, Downbeat, Offbeat, Gambit Weekly, and Beat Street. He recently completed his Masters in Musicology at Tulane University, and he hosts a Kitchen Sink program on WWOZ New Orleans on Tuesday nights where his careening and ecstatic musical tastes and unhinged commentary are exhibited for the world to behold and excoriate.
