John Oliver Hodges is a writer and photographer who lives in Brooklyn, New York. He has taught at Florida State University, the University of Mississippi, and the Sewanee Young Writers’ Conference and currently teaches writing at Montclair State University and the Gotham Writers’ Workshop. His short stories can be found in Southern Cultures Magazine, American Short Fiction, New World Writing, and Texas Review.
