Brían Mac Gloinn is a musician, songwriter, and singer from Carlow, Ireland, best known as one half of folk duo Ye Vagabonds. Singing in English and Irish, Mac Gloinn has a strong connection to the vocal tradition of Ulster and his mother’s native Arranmore Island, County Donegal. He also produces albums and has made a number of radio documentaries, including the award-winning radio-ballad The Ballad of the Stolwijk Rescue.
