Josie Tolin is the 2024–2026 Fiction Fellow at Emory University and a 2023 graduate of the University of Tennessee’s MFA program. Her work has been supported by the Sewanee Writers’ Conference Barry Hannah Scholarship, Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts, and other organizations. She has received nominations for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net; her recent short stories appear in Copper Nickel, Salamander, and elsewhere. She is at work on a story collection and a novel.
