Rusty Miller (1933-1992) was an Atlanta-based commercial photographer in the 1960s whose weekends were reserved for his passion project: photographing subjects in Summerhill Neighborhood, Old Fourth Ward, Washington–Rawson, Buttermilk Bottom and Vine City.
